Economy and Culture Association

It is a significant implementation of ˇ°the Belt and Roadˇ± initiate to develop economic and cultural cooperation with CEEC. Shenzhen companies stand unique superiority on geographical location, commercial environment and qualified personnel. To integrate all the advantages and correspond to "the Belt and Roadˇ± initiative, approved by Shenzhen Municipality Bureau of Civil Affairs, some dozens of Shenzhen companies from various industries initiated "Shenzhen Central and Eastern European Countries Economy and Culture Association" (Shenzhen CEEEC). Shenzhen CEEEC is officially established in Shenzhen on November 11, 2015. 

Ever since establishment, the Association is committed to building a communication bridge for companies from China and CEEC through means of providing efficient bilateral services, inspecting investment environment and exchanging projects information. One annual "Shenzhen-CEEC Economy Trade and Culture Forumˇ± is listed on schedule which allow face-to-face conferences for brilliant companies between 16 CEEC and local Shenzhen companies. 

Purpose

       Shenzhen CEEEC aims at advancing actively bilateral companies investments between China and CEEC, building up a convenient and effective consulting platform, deepening economic and cultural cooperation, strengthening Chinese companies international competitiveness and assisting development of Shenzhen city in becoming "the Belt and Road" initiative national significant hub.


Primary Mission

1. Publicize and implement Chinese government economic and cultural developmental strategies, introduce Shenzhen city investment environment, provide services on information, consultation and exhibition for CEEC economic and cultural activities in China.

2. Organize trade exhibitions and cultural exchanges between member companies and CEEC companies, recommend and introduce investment projects, working partners, necessary services on legal, accounting, auditing, assets evaluation and advisory.

3. Communicate with governmental departments proposals and suggestions from member companies on improving investment environment.

4. Encourage member companies management and business innovation, strengthen international competitiveness, organize professional training, special seminars, communication and discussions.

5 .Conduct regular exchanges and communication between member companies and CEEC governmental departments and respective Embassies in China, deepen mutual understanding and establish friendly relations.

6. Assist establishment work of ˇ°sister citiesˇ± between Shenzhen city and cities in CEEC.

7. Lead annual business visits to CEEC, explore business opportunities on exports, investment and joint ventures.

8. Edit and publish Association journal named "Shenzhen and CEEC Economy And Cultural", present member companies image, publicize cooperation projects, introduce economic and cultural exchanges, build cooperation bridge for communication, investment, trade and personnel between companies in China and CEEC.

9. Supervise member companies observe China's constitution, laws and regulations, preserve legitimate interests.

10. Handle with tasks commissioned by both governmental departments.
